I. General provisions

1. The privacy policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the website www.stradacrm.com (hereinafter: Service) are collected, processed, and stored.

2. The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing services offered on it.

3. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.

   
   

II. Data administrator

The personal data administrator collected through the Service is Content Production Technologies Limited Liability Company, with address: Aleja Lotników Polskich 1, 21-045 Świdnik, Poland, KRS: 0001005259, NIP: 7123445542, REGON: 523782897, email address: info@stradacrm.com (hereinafter: Administrator).

III. Purpose of collecting personal data

1. Personal data is used for:

   • registration of an account and verification of the User's identity,

   • facilitating login to the Application, fulfilling the contract for services and e-services,

   • communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.)

   • sending newsletters (after obtaining the User's consent),

   • promoting the offer of the Administrator,

   • marketing, remarketing, affiliation,

   • personalization of the Service for Users,

   • analytical and statistical activities,

   • debt collection,

   • establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.

2. Giving data is voluntary but necessary for concluding a contract or using other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Type of personal data processed

The Administrator may process the User's personal data such as name and surname, address, e-mail address, phone number, NIP.

V. Period of personal data processing

Personal data of Users will be processed for:

• when the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract - until the claims after its performance have expired,

• when the basis for data processing is consent - until its withdrawal, and after withdrawing consent until the claims expire.

In both cases, the limitation period is 3 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims relating to running a business - 3 years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise).

VI. Personal data disclosure

1. Personal data of Users may be disclosed to: entities associated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments, courier/postal service companies, law firms.

2. Personal data of Users will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User's rights

1. The User of the Service has the right to: access to the content of their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

2. A request related to the aforementioned rights should be sent to the email address info@stradacrm.com.

3. The Administrator fulfills or refuses to fulfill the request immediately, at the latest within one month from its receipt.

4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they deem that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

1. The Service collects information using cookies - session, permanent, and third-party cookies.

2. Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Service and serves statistical purposes.

3. The User can specify the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated decision-making and profiling

1. User data cannot be processed in an automated way that could lead to any decisions being made about them.

2. User data may be profiled to adjust content and personalize the offer after obtaining their consent.

X. Final provisions

1. The Administrator has the right to introduce changes in the Privacy Policy, but the User's rights will not be limited.

2. Information about the changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Service.

3. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, GDPR provisions and Polish law regulations apply.
